Description: All our products are antique/vintage, so you will find natural imperfections and age-related marks. We try to describe each item accurately and honestly; however, if you have specific information about a piece, please do not hesitate to ask before purchasing. Our items available for sale have been purchased and selected for their age, admirable appearance and patina acquired over time, design status, and craftsmanship. It should be noted that these are antique or vintage pieces and, as such, may show signs of age, use, and wear. Please take this into account before purchasing. About Us: Rocaille has a warehouse in Montpellier, in the south of France, and a head office in northwest England. We ship items between the UK, Ireland, and France every few weeks. We also ship worldwide. We specialize in European decorative furniture and decorative pieces for the home, garden, and commercial environments. We supply antiques to the general public, interior designers, film set designers, and commercial businesses. Shipping: Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier in the south of France. The majority of our stock will be shipped from this location. For small items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (W + H x 2), this corresponds to a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days depending on your location. You may be subject to customs fees on your parcel, which will be payable upon delivery of your item. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before your purchase. Large items to the UK and EU: These items will be shipped with our own transport partners who operate between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2 to 4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times will vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Bulky Items - International Shipping: We will need your full address to obtain an accurate shipping cost from our transport partners. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required. The shipment will then be handed over to our freight transport partners in the UK and booked for the next crossing. Crossings can take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you. These international deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment for which you have paid extra insurance fees, in the unfortunate event of damage during transit. All damage must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process. Returns: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange for a return and refund. Returns must be in the original packaging as received. Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition. The buyer must notify the relevant shipping company that it is a return and cover all costs.
