Shipping: Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier, in the south of France. Most of our items are shipped from this location. For small items weighing less than 20 kg and measuring 180 cm in circumference (width + height x 2), the package measures approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery takes 7 to 14 days, depending on your location. Customs fees may apply to your package and will be payable upon delivery. Please contact our dedicated team for more information before purchasing. Large items to the UK and EU: These items are shipped via our partner carriers, who operate between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim to deliver these items within 2 to 4 weeks. We can also ship to other EU countries, but delivery times vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Large Items - International Shipping: We will need your full address to obtain an accurate quote from our carriers. Once all charges are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required. Your shipment will then be handed over to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and loaded onto the next available vessel. Sea freight transit times vary between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our transport partners can assist you with these procedures. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment with additional insurance, in the event of damage occurring during transit, you must immediately notify the recipient's carrier and us so that we can begin the claim process. Claims/Returns: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return and refund. Returns must be made in the original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer must inform the relevant shipping company that it is a return shipment and bear all associated costs.
