"Mirror L XIII "
A rare octagonal mirror from the time of Louis XIII, circa 1650, in repoussé and gilded brass. The original mirror has a dark tint. The mirror's central bevels create a diamond-like shape. It is in very good condition and retains its original suspension ring. Only the wooden board behind the mirror appears to have been replaced in the 19th century. French work from the mid-17th century.
