Regency Table
Artist: Jansen
An 18th-century gilded wooden coffee table with a Coromandel lacquer top, most likely the work of a decorator such as the Jansen firm in Paris. The base is made of gilded wood, featuring beautiful inlay work; it is doweled and constructed in the style of 18th-century furniture. I date it to the late 19th or early 20th century.
