Charming Louis XVI period console table with four legs, crafted from carved and painted wood.
Supported by four fluted and reeded feet, the openwork frieze is carved with water leaves and daisies at the corners.
The wooden top is more recent, painted to resemble veined marble.
The console is entirely pegged.
It retains its beautiful original green-grey patina.
This small console table would be perfect in an entryway, living room, or bedroom.
