It is dated 1865 and bears a M.E.W property mark and the inscription: IN LIEBE U FREUDE LEBT STETS LEIDE.
Hallmark of Philipp STRAUSS, active from 1860 to 1899.
Diameter: 34 cm.
MAYENCE (MAINZ), Second half of the 19th century.
Very good condition, a suspension ring has been soldered to the reverse.
