A bouquet of pastel-hued flowers in a pretty, colorful vase sits on a pedestal table in a warm interior, its walls adorned with floral wallpaper. All of this contributes to a bright and airy feel. This painting was created by Thérèse Buisson, a French landscape and flower painter who exhibited in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français, of which she was a member, as well as at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants from 1931 to 1939.
