Louis XIV Style Mirror With Repoussé Brass, Walnut, Rosewood, Flowers, And Birds, 18th Century
Louis XIV mirror in walnut and rosewood, with repoussé brass ornamentation and decoration on the pediment and frame featuring arabesques and vegetal scrolls, bouquets of flowers, and small birds. The rectangular beveled mercury glass dates from the 18th century. This mirror is in good overall condition and of superb quality. It is very decorative. Please note: there are some minor damages and restorations to the wooden frame, the glass is worn and damaged in places, and there are signs of age.
