Very Instructive Mushrooms
An incredible educational collection: a set of 49 wooden-backed display cases showcasing various mushroom species. They still bear their inventory numbers. These remarkably realistic polychrome plaster specimens were intended for mushroom hunters. After the harvest, one would visit the apothecary where the specialist would compare the specimens with the educational models. One could then choose whether or not to enjoy their omelet.
This collection is truly remarkable, practically museum-quality.
