Simple Bouillotte Table, 18th Century Mahogany, Openwork Bronze Gallery, Grey Directoire Marble Top
Artist: Non Signée
A simple and elegant mahogany bouillotte table with tapered legs, a frieze with two drawers (one a writing surface) and two pull-out slides, and a period openwork bronze gallery. The 18th-century construction is beautifully crafted with cross braces joining the legs. The well-proportioned, polished legs terminate in olive-shaped feet. Small bronze pull-out knobs complete the slides. This table is a striking neoclassical centerpiece for a living room, ideal for a table lamp at the end of a sofa. It comes from a château in the Tarn region and is in good original condition. A beautiful piece, it will be inspected before delivery.
