Mahogany Coffee Table, 18th Century
A Directoire period salon table, late 18th century. It is veneered in rosewood, arranged in a leaf pattern, surrounded by a green border. The front features three drawers, each with its original small locks that are now secured with a temperamental key. It rests on four tapered legs joined by bronze sabots, mounted on its original casters. The tabletop measures 51 cm x 33 cm, and the height is 70 cm. It is in very good condition.
