Magnificent wall mirror in carved and gilded wood, rectangular in shape with a shaped crest and rich ornamental decoration in the Roman Baroque style. The frame, defined by a sinuous profile and a monumental vertical layout, is adorned with an elegant repertoire of vegetal motifs, acanthus leaves, scrolls, and cartouches, culminating in an elaborate central crest with a scallop shell trophy and sculpted floral bouquet, with particular emphasis on the striking lateral grotesque masks.The mirror, likely original to the piece, displays light oxidation indicative of its age and authenticity, without compromising its reflectivity or decorative impact.
