Pewter wine pitcher in a baluster shape with a depressed body, long neck with a flared rim, and acorn-shaped thumb rest. Beautiful gauging mark with a crowned fleur-de-lis.
Control mark: crowned C: (VE)RDUN / 1734.
Mark of Claude HUGUIN, received as a master in 1703: large fleur-de-lis / CH.
Height: 25.2 cm.
VERDUN, Before 1754, the year of this master's death.

In good used condition, with some reinforcement of the lid tab and the lower attachment of the handle.
