Louis XV Curved Chest Of Drawers, 18th Century
Elegant Louis XV Chest of Drawers, strongly curved in Violet Wood Veneer, Rosewood and Precious Wood, from the 18th Century. It opens on the front with two drawers without crosspieces decorated with diamond-shaped bottoms centered on a polylobed medallion with radiating decoration. The projecting uprights with edges, the sides are curved, the belt is cut, on arched feet, fitted with bronze clogs. Superb top of Breccia Red Marble with projections, with a double molding all around. Louis XV period, Parisian work. It measures 125 CM in length, 60 CM in depth and 89 CM in height. Beautiful stamped varnish. It is in very good condition. Louis XV period. Gilt bronze trim, restorations especially in the backgrounds, small accidents, recent french polish in very good condition
