Oil on canvas signed Oleg Mikhailov (1934-2006) 60x73 cm Oleg Nikolaievich Mikhailov is a Russian painter, graduated from the Regional Art School of Memory in 1905, then from the Moscow Academic Institute of Fine Arts named after Surikov. He was considered an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation from 1967. Vice-President of the Bureau of the Painting Section of the Ministry of Agriculture (1978-1996), from 1996, member of the Bureau of the Painting Section of the Ministry of Agriculture. He exhibited throughout Russia and the USSR, throughout his career, then throughout the world towards the end of his life. Works by this artist can be found in various Russian museums but also at the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
