Paris. Le Marais / l'Hotel de Sens.circa 1930/40 Charles BETOUT (1869-1945) was a French theater costume designer, collaborator of Charles Bianchini, he designed the costumes for the Paris Opera from 1905 to 1907 and was then head costume designer of the Comédie Française between 1919 and 1939.
