Brutalist / Hollywood Regency style
1970s period mounting, probably made by designer Willy Daro.
Base and mount in very resistant steel, gilded with gold leaf (see photo).
Very stable and in very good condition.
The whole must weigh around thirty kilos.
Possibility of mounting as a lamp.
Willy Daro is a Belgian designer recognized worldwide for his high-quality lighting and stone mounting.
His company ceased operations in 1987.
