Som-Charles Guénardeau (1866-?) is a French sculptor who collaborated with several founders to create Art Nouveau art objects.
Emile Colin is a Parisian founder who established himself in 1843 at 29 rue de Sévigné. One of the greatest bronze makers of the second half of the 19th century with Barbedienne, Susse Frères and Siot-Decauville, he collaborated with many sculptors as well as with the goldsmith Christofle. In 1893, he took part in the Chicago World's Fair, presenting, among other things, a pair of vases and a clock, and after his death, the house also participated in the 1900 World's Fair. The various marks used by Colin and then by his successors allow us to date their productions:
- “E. Colin & Cie”: 1882-1898
- “M. Colin & Cie”: 1898-1906
- “Ancienne Maison Colin, Jollet & Cie”: 1906-1923
