Pair Of Covered Vases From The Louis XVI Period
Pair of vases on pedestals in veined marble and chiseled and gilded bronze decorated with friezes of gadroons, friezes of pearls, ova, water leaves and acanthus on an amati background. The sinuous handles follow the baluster shape of the vase. A pine cone-shaped grip crowns the closed lid. Lunel Fleuri marble.
