A stunning pair of decorative shell-encrusted table lamps with distinctive, artistically designed bases, designed by Anthony Redmile in the 1970s.
The bases are rectangular and densely covered with several types of natural shells, giving them a rich, textured, and organic appearance. The shells are arranged in a compact, structured pattern, predominantly in earthy beige and brown tones, reinforcing the naturalistic aesthetic.
At the center of each base is a metal medallion depicting a Neptune's head, a classic and bold design that adds a majestic and dramatic touch. The Greek god's heads contrast with the shell background and are surrounded by rock crystals.
