A monarchist, he attempted to establish a constitutional monarchy and was behind the "Broglie Constitution" in 1873, a monarchist regime without a king.Eugène Thiébault (1825/1826) was a 19th-century Parisian photographer, famous for his portraits, stereoscopic views, and celebrity photographs. Located at 31 boulevard de Bonne-Nouvelle, his studio was taken over in 1868 by his son-in-law, Paul Bacard, under the name “Photographie Thiébault – Bacard fils,héritier”.
