"Lonchamp Decorative Dish "
Large Longchamp Earthenware Dish, Terre De Fer. This decorative dish from Longchamp features a very pretty floral design and a butterfly. It is glazed in shades of green, pink and yellow. It bears the brand "longchamp terre de fer" indented in the paste on its reverse. These "terre de fer" earthenwares had the particularity of having a very white paste which gave them the appearance of porcelain. They were developed from 1860. This dish measures 36 cm in diameter and is in good condition, no missing parts or dents. Beautiful creation from the end of the 19th - beginning of the 20th century. Delivery in France and Europe.
