Beautiful cast bronze statuette in two parts, chiseled, of a Monk presenting the Holy Scriptures, which he presents with his voice and his left arm.
A curious halo, a curious lock of hair, I don't know what to say.
On back, two traces of fastenings (or wings?);
below, a large old iron screw thread is inlaid, for a processional statue?
Monastic work, very old, a beautiful religious object, 16th-17th century.
