Nickel-plated Bronze Lamp By The Bronzier Hettier & Vincent 20th Century
HETTIER & VINCENT lamp in nickel-plated bronze and patinated pressed glass, model presented in the catalog of the Parisian bronzier dated 1931 ref 9108, fluted base very typical of Art Deco, matte chiseled furrows and polished and shiny bands, a decoration repeated on the amount of the lamp which gives the whole a unique style. The creation of the globe which crowns this lamp, Hettier & Vincent collaborated with the Verrerie des Hanots in Andelys in Eure which manufactured this exclusive model whose decoration is unique, note this globe in frosted glass, floral and butterfly decoration with very precise work of polishing by zones which presents the originality of not being tinted in the mass, but patinated. If the products used to obtain this patina remain unknown, we will note that they resist heat, water and wear over time.
