Nephrite hookah stem tube, gold inlay. The jade is deeply grooved and filled with pure hammered gold. Simple decoration of stylized flowers and leaves, probably tulips. Ottoman Empire, ca. 1650–1750. This cylinder was probably an intermediate element between the hose and the mouthpiece, probably made of amber. Good condition, no restoration. Some missing inlays visible on photos.
