Object description :

"Pair Of Late 19th Century Regency Style Cabinets"
A really good pair of ebonised Regency style cabinets, made in the United Kingdom in the late 19th century.

The cabinets are tall featuring a two-door design, with two drawers above. Both stand on four rounded bun feet - a traditional addition for the period.

The main body of the cabinets are ebonised, the drawer fronts, and panels are accentuated with a gilded detail, creating a striking contrast.

The cabinet tops are made of wood, painted with a marble effect creating a lovely luxurious appearance.

The doors have duppion silk panels sitting behind geometric brass grilles.

Classical and sophisticated antiques.

Please take a look at all our pictures to see the detail clearly. Both cabinets have been gently restored, but do show signs of light wear consistent with age and use.
