"FOLK ART" bench in walnut wood, late 18th early 19th century...Backrest decorated with musicians' trophies presenting a quiver, music paper, a flute, all supported by two vine branches bearing fruit, and two snakes coiling around a reed on either side of the armrests representing a wild cat biting the neck of a swan acting as an armrest support. The lower, curved, scalloped crossbar is also carved with a plant decoration, the side crossbars are also curved and carved with foliage decoration...Unique Piece...!France...?Early 19th century period
