Late 18th Century Fruitwood Side Table
Solid fruitwood side or writing table, Late Louis XVI period, France, Late 18th century - early 19th century, Circa 1790-1800, one drawer on the front carved and molded. In fruitwood, cherry or blond walnut, in perfect original condition. Three sides carved and molded, the simpler back in softwood, this table being intended to be in front of a window or other. Beautiful patina of time, pretty light wood color and honey color.
