Jean-Baptiste POURCELLY (Active 1791-1802) "Landscape animated Italianate" Circa 1800, Gouache on paper in oval format, signed lower right "pourcelly" In very good condition, in its original frame in wood and gilded stucco, and its original glass, Circa 1800. Great freshness of the colors. Dimensions with the frame: H.72cm x W.83cm Originally from Marseille, Pourcelly is known for having exhibited in Paris at the Salon between 1791 and 1802. This beautiful gouache in its original frame is dated to the years 1795-1800.
