Antique Carved Wooden Chest From The 19th Century
The fascinating construction technique of this chest of drawers uses no screws or nails, but only wooden joints and dowels, used to join and support the hand-planed boards.
The whole thing is further embellished with carved decorations.
With its intact structure and patina, made of beech wood, it dates back to the early 19th century. It has only one flaw: it's inexpensive.
Dimensions (cm): W 88, D 50, H 68.
