Partly gilded, it is supported by a rounded, domed foot with an adjusted support ring. This foot is engraved with three ears of corn and bears an interesting dedication, in Latin, of a Patron Saint "Saint Lawrence Pray for us" The twisted shaft with triple bossage supports a vermeil cup.
A German work from the Augsburg region. with the hallmark of the master Emmanuel Gottfried Meisgeyer, active from 1764 coupled with a French import stamp.
