He studied at the École supérieure d'arts appliquées as well as at the Académie Montparnasse. He was then a student of Lucien Gibert and Antoniucci Volti and spent five years working in the workshop of the Joachim brothers (practicing sculptors). Exhibiting at the main Salons: that of the Independents, Automne, French Artists, National of animal artists, National of Fine Arts, ... Galoyer obtained numerous awards, including the Grand Prix E.M. Sandoz at (SNAA), the Sculpture Prize (SNBA) and a Gold Medal (French Artists)
