BOOKLET published on September 26, 1950 on the occasion of a luncheon offered by the Eva PERON Foundation at the Quinta presidencial de Olivos in honor of the Paris Opera Dance Company, the Katherine Dunham Company and the Conchita Piquer Spanish Art Company.
Dimensions: H. 12.7 cm, W. 10 cm Covers covered in leather or shagreen.
Illustrated by 4 color prints by Gregorio LOPEZ NAGUIL

This very rare booklet has 12 pages containing the menu offered on the occasion of this luncheon as well as the program of the festivities in three parts.
The cover is decorated with a golden profile in relief of the couple Juan and Eva PERON.
The illustration is the work of Gregorio LOPEZ NAGUIL with 4 color prints around the theme of dance.

LOPEZ NAGUIL Gregorio (1894, Buenos Aires - 1953, Buenos Aires)
Argentine painter, theater designer and illustrator. He studied with Ernesto de la Carcova and then went to Europe where he became a student of Francesc d'Assis Gali in Barcelona, and Désiré Roca in Paris. He was also a disciple of Herman Anglada Camarasa, a precursor of Fauvism who introduced him to the use of intense colors as well as the Baroque and Decorative styles. Later, he settled in Cala Sant Vicenç on the island of Mallorca where he painted the series dedicated to the Pine of Formentor and Cap Del Pinar, one of the three peninsulas of Mallorca.
Upon his return to Argentina, he was appointed professor and set designer at the Cervantes and Colon theaters.
He participated in various exhibitions: at the Salon de Otoño in Palma and at the Galerias Witcomb in Barcelona in 1931. In 1948, he was the subject of an exhibition at the Circulos de Bella Artes in Palma.
