Hallmark under the shell "FD" between two sabers for DELACOUR, furnisher of NAP III, for this beautiful sword of high officials of the state and high magistrates under the II° Empire. Original joint arc, in the form of a rosary with two rows of metal beads, which start from the pommel to the end of the quillon. Tri-lobed clover pommel struck with the imperial eagle on thunderbolt, surmounted by the diamond-shaped rivet button. Fuse decorated alternately with gilded and chiseled blades with a floral decoration and plain steel blades. Left quillon on the rosary side slightly inclined downwards. Straight right quillon, both with floral decorations. Cruiser knot with steel diamond. Key with the imperial eagle on thunderbolt cut and gilded, framed by curvilinear steel bands and two steel diamonds.
