Biography:
Born in Italy in 1925, Serge Belloni settled in Paris in 1933. He studied at the École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts and held his first exhibition at the age of 21. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to painting, working daily in all weather to capture the soul of Paris.
His travels to Holland allowed him to master the techniques of the Flemish masters, which he refined over his career. His works are featured in prestigious collections worldwide, from Paris to New York, Milan, and Moscow.
