Camille PISSARRO (1830.1903) Original drawings. The water carts. Man with a hat. Pencil and black ink on paper from a notebook. Double-sided drawings, stamped "CP" (L613B) on the front. Format 11 x 19 cm. Very beautiful genre scene depicting, on the front, two men evacuating water from barrels stored on a plow. On the back: a sketch of a man with a hat seen from above. Provenance: Galerie Paul Vallotton. Lausanne, no. 8513 (according to the label on the back). Revised by André Schoeller, Paris, October 31, 1946, no. 246 (according to the label on the back).
