Napoleon III period crossbow-shaped box in geometric marquetry of violet wood on all sides with double gilt bronze ingot mold and gilt bronze foot Confectionery box from the famous Maison BOISSIER, confectioner Paris since 1827 and still active today. Under Napoleon III, the BOISSIER house supplied prestigious marquetry boxes for its most beautiful orders. Interior in period moiré cream silk, worn in places, the box was varnished with a French stamp in our workshop.
