Pair of large white opaline enamelled vases, made in France in the mid-19th century, circa 1850.Flared, scalloped rim enhanced with fine gold lines.
The body is adorned with an azure band and gilt motifs.
These vases perfectly embody the decorative taste of the Second Empire.
Excellent condition overall; slight wear to the gilding consistent with age.
