Oil On Panel Red Initials Wp Battle Scene
This oil on panel is probably a 20th century reworking of a 15th or 16th century painting, it perhaps represents a Crusade scene. The frame is in gilded stucco, it is from the 20th century. It is a nice mood painting. Note the red initials "WP" to be identified. We report rubbing, cracks, micro-scratches, however the work remains in a good state of conservation.
