Carved wooden bas-relief depicting a kneeling male figure, his head turned back in a dramatic pose, a drape falling over his left shoulder and around his legs. It could be an allegorical figure (river, hero, captive). Work probably dating from the first third of the 20th century. Dimensions: height 31 cm - width 25 cm - depth 1 cm. Good general condition, slight wear and cracks on the surface.
