Virtue dagger from the end of the 19th century.

Diamond-shaped blade measuring 10cm.
Metal sheath with bail.
Mother-of-pearl handle, brass ferrule and steel guard.
These dagger or stylets, also called "pique couille" allowed "women of easy virtue" to defend themselves and were worn stuck under the garter.
Total length 20cm.
Very good condition.
No oxidation of the blade.
