Pierre Plouhinel (1907-1984) was a Breton painter who exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français; he received the Grand Prix International de Dauville in 1951, and is known for his seascapes and Breton scenes. This colorful work depicts moored boats. Signed and dated 1962. Label on the back of the canvas. The frame is not in good condition.
