Horst Egon Kalinowski Sculpture Painting
Horst Egon KALINOWSKI was born in Germany in 1924 and died in 2013. He moved to Paris in 1950, worked at the Grande Chaumiére then at the Dewasne-Pillet Abstract Art workshop. First exhibition at the Arnaud gallery in 1953. The Pompidou Center preserves some of his works. This painting, entitled "SESAME", is signed on the back and marked Collage New York 1969. It is made of glued leather on panel, embossed stitching and buttons.
