Biscuit bucket by Victor Saglier (1809-1894), master goldsmith based at 12 rue d'Enghein in Paris and renowned for his Art Nouveau creations. Frosted glass with purple irises in enamel and leaves enhanced with gold paint. Rococo style frame and silver plated lid. Slight wear to the silver plating on the lid.
