Box, Case Or Confectionery Case Charles X Period 19th Century
Charles X period confectionery box decorated with colored paper imitating trompe l'oeil chalcedony. Antique profiles contained in laurel tori and griffins facing each other with scrolls adorn the front and back of the box. Gilded brass threads highlight the edges of the case. Small superficial detachments of the paper.
