Moroccan moukhala rifle - Southern Morocco, 19th century. Seilex lock with a scamp. The hammer does not hold the cocked position. Wooden stock decorated with silver nails and nielloed silver plates. Barrel with sides on the first third then round up to the muzzle. Barrel held to the wood by 9 silver rings with chiseled engraved floral decoration. Missing a counter-lock screw. Length 155cm Barrel length 120.5cm Weight approximately 3850gr
