12 slip knife rests modeled by the ceramist Denise Picart in the 1940s/50s in Valauris where she worked in the workshop of her cousin Paul Pouchol. Lovely and delicate slips, each piece is marked with the initials DP The fruits: cherries, strawberries, pears, peaches. Denise Picart, whose production was rare and delicate, collaborated with the Primavera du Printemps workshops directed by Colette Guesden. Her works are featured in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris.
