Elegant bonbonniere with lid and matching saucer, in fine porcelain, probably made in France. Octagonal set, richly decorated with a turquoise background, fine gold gilded threads and motifs, as well as hand-painted floral cartouches. The seed or flame-shaped grip of the lid, the sculpted gilded handles and the symmetrical composition testify to refined work, typical of high-end productions in the style of Paris porcelain. Blue underglaze mark on the reverse. Dimensions: – Bonbonniere: height approx. 21 cm (with lid), total width with handles approx. 16 cm – Saucer: diameter approx. 22 cm Condition: excellent general condition, without cracks or chips, very well preserved gilding.
