Beautiful trunk in exotic wood (teak type), covered with thick, finely worked leather.
Hispanic colony, probably Peru, late 17th century.

Dimensions: height 28 cm, width 50 cm, depth 29 cm.

To report: good condition, one of the leather serrations on the lid redone (on the front), small lack of leather under the trunk revealing the wood. Original lock in perfect working order, with a period key that turns without forcing. The interior has been covered with a modern fabric in the French style (a few small stains but no snags).
