Model known as "Return from Egypt" richly worked with bronzes and having front feet in lion claws.
The front uprights with flat trapezoidal columns are flanked by bronzes with palmettes and female caryatids.
The drawers with lion head handles.
This chest of drawers opens onto 3 large drawers on the front and a drawer in the band.
Marble or black granite top with very slight white inclusions.
Furniture in good house condition, some veneer repairs.
Original locks and key.
Empire period, very early 19th century around 1805-1810.
